I think this guy teaches really good, I pretty much learned all the reactions for second semester organic chemistry from this guy. He covers plenty of topics so just look for the ones you're weak at. Organic chemistry is towards the middle of the page.

yah i've used his video's before. they are really good for beginners as they are fairly slow.
