I m looking for cards that wont overload you with facts. Mainly just tells you the class of the drug, adverse effects, maybe unique properties of the specific drug.

KEY is cards not chalk full of information to the point where the core info is lost in the detail.

I know these are nursing cards; but I m really looking for cards that get straight to the point for rapid recognition. Since nurses require a less deeper understanding of most things.. would these be of benefit?

Anyone use these?

Anyone use the BRS Pharm flashcards?? I hear they are straight to the point with minimal extra info??

You'd be better off making your own from FA. If you must buy some, get these. They are recommended by other people I know:

LANGE Pharm Cards. They have a clinical vingette on one side and all the other info. on the other side. I wish I were using them more during the year, but I've mainly been making my own tables based on the drugs we are required to know for each class. However, I'll probably use the cards more during Board prep and just add some extra details to them if necessary.

Anyone have any more comments about the Brenner flash cards? They look like good review after going over Kaplan notes. Simple and to the point.
