I'm looking for a few good reference sites to help out a friend of mine who's doing a rotation at the hospital where I work. She's having a hard time finding references for the patient she's writing her report on. Specifically, it's for pneumonia caused by EBSL E.coli which was originally treated with cephalosporins and azith (bug was resistant to both) and was changed to piptaz (IV) and then to amoxi-clav (PO) for the duration of therapy. If you know of any sites I could look into, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
