Good Residency Interview Questions

Anybody sick of hearing "do you have any more questions for me?" during this interview process? I am just curious what someone else's standard list of questions are for residency programs. Anyone care to share???

i usually ask the interviewer why he or she is at the particular institution. i also ask what he or she perceives to be the program's greatest strengths or weaknesses. if the program is in a different city (which most of my programs are), i ask about the city and what it's like to live there.
