Step II good review? Aster's Step 2 and 3 notes?

hey guys, my friend sent me a PDF file called Aster's Step 3 Notes with pretty good Dx and management of common stuff. Has anyone used this? What do you think of this? I quickly scanned it and seemed like a very good file to use for some quick reviewing of high yield stuff. It's about 120 pages.
