I got into the following schools, which would be best for premed in terms of going to a prestigious med school and how competitive is each school to get high grade? I prefer to go to a school that has competitiveness at normal because at the end, gpa and mcats are considered a big chunk of the overall application. List your preference in order for the best pre-med school from the following listing:

Boston College
Fordham University
Marist College
Suny Stony Brook
St. Johns University
University of Hartford
Mcgill University

One of these is not like the others.

I've heard that Stony Brook is very competitive and graded harshly. They probably want to weed out all the incoming pre-med students that don't have what it takes. It also has a dead campus culture on the weekend.

Seeing how McGill (good school) is in Canada, I'd put up a vote for Boston College (party school?) and Stony Brook.

Seeing how Boston College has been my dream school since the age of 7, I'd choose BC. It's an amazing school with solid academics, beautiful campus, and great sports teams as well.

Mind sharing your secrets of success in getting accepted there? 🙂
