Good Self Instruction Mat Lab book?

Hey guys i was wondering if you could recommend a Matlab book, i have no experience with matlab but i do have prior programming experience so i was planning on teaching myself. Can anyone here recommend a book that i can use for this purpose?

ps: incase your wondering, im teaching myself because it would help out in the research lab im working in currently.

I often use the MATLAB help if I want to use a function I'm unfamiliar with, it's pretty easy to teach yourself.
