Hi guys .
I was searching internet for an hour to find decent list of PCAT vocabulary list, but didn't find one.
I want to know what you guys are studying with for vocab section of PCAT.

I'm trying to buy a book from this website: http://www.flashcardsecrets.com/pcat/

Is it good and reliable? Or anyone has good source?
Please share me this good information.

Thank You

Thank You 🙂 BTW, have you ever heard of the website that I posted? Is it reliable?
Thanks for the letting me know the usuful website, but I'm just not a person who can study with a computer lol

I don't know anything about it but it looks like one of those generic websites that try to sell/hype up there products, which is not good. I suggest using something else, just my opinion though.

Thank You Very Much ! That website is pretty decent !
So, PCAT vocab is similar to SAT and GRE vocab?

I used GRE vocabulary flashcards to supplement my studying for the PCAT. I found the PCAT words easier than the GRE vocabulary words; However, the prefixes and suffixes are helpful regardless, I don't think that it hurt my studying at all.

I see. Thanks for quick reply Chemguy79. So you saying although GRE vocab was harder, it helped your PCAT vocab section. Right?
I'm worrying about this because the English is my second language and the way I perceive new words is different than native americans which makes little bit harder to memorize words. I just wanted to make sure if GRE vocab would help 🙂

OP, I feel for your situation as an ESL. I love languages, but I couldn't imagine trying to take the PCAT in any of the other languages that I speak "fluently." I think that I'd do DECENTLY in French, but if I tried to take the PCAT in Italian, I'd be SOL. Major props.

It really depends on how you use the flash cards. If you attempt to use rogue memorization to memorize ONLY those words, the cost benefit may not be worth it. However, if you memorize those words AND find the patterns between the suffixes and the prefixes of those words, I think that it would put you in MUCH better shape.

Alright, I got what you saying. I will try my best no matter what because I really want to be a pharmacist, and it's been my dream since I was 14. Sincerely thanks for you advice.

You are saying that to me? lol Thanks
But honestly I'm not awesome, but I'm just doing my best to fit in this society and
fight hard enough to achieve my dreams, and keep 4.0 GPA untill I get into Pharmacy school.
But, I really really appreciate that you saying that.
You are awesome too!
I know everyone who can admire others are awesome and qualified to be admired 🙂

 I was actually talking to Rxlea in regards to the link she posted.
You are awesome too. Keep your head up and work hard and I am sure you will be successful. It's very admirable that you are already looking into ways to become a good applicant and even trying to get a head start on the PCAT.👍

lol well, my mistake
All the vocab seems endless to me now
Hope I can master most of them in a year,
I hope I would be able to speak better with more vocab.

Did you have to buy the vocabulary flashcards or did you make your own using GRE words online? I'm going to follow your advice and attempt at learning prefixes and suffixes so thank you!
