Sometimes I have the feeling that the "big pathologist" are doing a show at the courses. They tell the same things over and over again, the same things they writes in their often great textbook. But why attend a course to hear a "audiobook" of the book you have read!

But sometimes the 2. league pathologist are better speakers, more like meeting a real pathologist.
I have had great experience whit Thomas Brenn and Jason Hornick. Great pathologist, but not so famous as Epstein, but more practical and personal talks.

I you recommend great speakers?
