good step1 score and bad step 2 score

i have 230/96 on step 1 but only 194/79 on step 2 . i have applied to anesthesiology and radiology programs in not so top notch places. i have released my scores also. please give me some advice. please help me.

I know its too late, but why did you take Step 2 so early with such a solid Step 1 score? If you already released your scores then programs will see both. I dont think it will hurt you tremendously, but it definitely leaves the Step 1 score up for questions. Hopefully, a program director will see the Step 2 as a fluke.
