Curious--what kind of goodies and snacks do y'all get at your shops?

I'm working at two hospitals right now. One of em has a doctors lounge w/ a cappuccino machine (really nice one, probably drink 7 or 8 espressos per day here), some premade sandwiches and other packaged snacks (highlight = Cliff bars). The other has a coffee machine (not as nice), no snacks, but free food from cafeteria (!, but not open overnight).

Goodies and snacks... let's see... Resident here at academic county type place I sometimes liberate an apple juice from peds. That's about it. Do other county or community places have something else? What are the options? (I'm hungry)
