my stats are part1/part2 87/80, Toefl 99, and WES ( 3.25), ECE ( 2.55)

one more case being rejected for low gpa..... and the difference between the gpa of wes and ece is 0.7..... wht is this going on?? are the evalutaions system so outdated ???? Either WES is rong or ECE is rong?? such fluctuations in the system shouldnt be there??

I don't feel bad to disclose as i dint do anything wrong at least i tried....my luck i must say.

and dont loose hope .......start studying for part 2....and make your application strong........if you are not left with any other option.......

I know many people in past year with your score getting admissions in very good colleges. but, the scenario has changed totally now. If I were you..I would retake part 1 to have better chances.
