Got the background check email even though my school isn't on their list?

So I got the email today for the Certiphi background check but when I sign in and look at their school list I don't see my school on there. I paid my deposit at Nova but I didn't see them listed on Certiphi's participating schools list. I have been accepted and interviewed at others schools on the list though. Could those schools be asking for me to complete a background check even though I haven't accepted their offer/been accepted? If so, do I have to do it if I have no intentions of attending those schools?

Email Nova and ask. If Nova is your #1 choice and they dont need it, I wouldn't bother doing it.

If you plan on attending Nova and they aren't listed, don't waste your money.
