GPA Calc Question (no response from ACPMAAS)

Hey guys, quick GPA question (no response from ACPMAAS yet).

How are grades calculated for a 0.0-4.0 scale with 0.1 steps? Do 3.9s become 3.7s, 3.6s become 3.5, 3.4s become 3.3.s etc.?

That would be bad for me because some of my 3.8 A's (3.8-4.0) will become A-'s and so on which would bring my gpas down almost 0.2 points! Curse my big research university haha.

Thanks, I should have been more specific. With a 0.0-4.0 scale, does AACPMAS round down all my grades to their closest number? Or do .4s become .5s, etc?
