Hi fellow members I'm just wondering what you guys think about this:
I'm currently a third year student but have GPA of 3.2, instead of looking to ace my final year to raise up my GPA (which I will) what do you guys think about taking some courses outside of my home university?

I'm thinking about taking two or three courses online from the long distance education from other university and register a lab course in other university but close to my home. So basically the time I apply the GPA will be a mixed of three universities.

Number one I want to know can we do that? since we need to enter all undergraduate courses that we ever took onto the AMCAS, and second will my cGPA be calculated in the mixed of these three universities?

I understand some schools have some bias toward the distance courses but I will just try to use these courses as GPA booster as I will take all the core science senior courses in my home university.

I just want to know if this is a wise idea, because it will literally take two years in my home university to bring the GPA up to 3.6-3.7, I just thought by taking some courses outside of my university concurrently could shorten up the length of time.

Any suggestions? Thanks

1) yes
2) yes AMCAS will calculate it
3) What kind of university if this? A 4-year? Or something like Phoenix University?
