GPA calculations

Does anyone know how GPA is calculated with regards to Graduate school? Do they just lump everything together, undergrad and grad, or do they only look at undergrad, or only grad? I'm lost and I'd like to know my chances. Thanks in advance!

I am guessing they do it separate but it would be good to call and ask if you are wondering
