LOL Mine, too!! Received on 6/8 and 6/13. Verified and calculated this morning!!
I guess they try to overestimate the time so that people can't complain about their speed..except now people see others getting theirs this quick

and what is the difference between "Inc +-" GPA and "W/O +-" GPA?😕

I would assume that if your University had the +/- system that they calculated the +/- system into your "Included +-" GPA, but since many schools do not use the +/- system they also calculate your GPA "without the +-"

I am not sure which one carries more weight for your application though.

I would have guessed that you asked this question because both GPAs are the same for you. The reason why is probably because your school doesn't grade on the plus/minus system. And just so you know, plus/minus does make a difference...either good or bad. It's good for me at least.

GPA is better without +/- for me..but not by much?

Probably you have a few more minuses. Mine is better with +/- because most of my B's are B+'s....and some A's are A+'s. But I don't know which GPA does the school put more emphasis on... An upward trend is probably what they are looking for. With +/-, BBB's can be B- => B => B+ just to show an upward trend lol
