I've gone through some posts here and these have countered what I've been told about GPA's. My undergrad gpa in anthro is around 3.8, 3.6 general. I just got an mph and graduated with a 3.5 (but my school also doesn't give pluses and minuses). Unfortunately, I did get two C's--one in undergrad and one in my master's--for personal reasons.

I still have to take all of my science prereq's. So I'm wondering what kind of chance I still have at an MD if I get excellent rec's, volunteer and research experience and good MCAT's?

Your undergrad GPA is competitive. Graduate school courses are irrelevant.

That is going to depend on your science gpa after you take your pre-req, but so far it looks good.
