Undergrad overall and science (cgpa/sgap) are weighed most heavily and those can have cutoffs at some schools, so those are the biggies.
If you did an SMP then that gpa can be weighed in and potentially be considered over undergrad.
Trends also matter, so if you have a great undergrad but have a 2.5 in grad gpa (especially grad sciences) or a declining gpa then that could raise a flag. Doing poor in required courses could also raise a flag.
