A lot has happened in my life this semester with my mental health and other aspects of my personal life. I was able to get help, and learn from my mistakes. Now I am a better person and feel like I am ready to get back on my feet, and be on top of my game. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that I might end up with a 3.4 this semester. Should I be concerned about this?

I am a freshman, in case you are wondering.

For extenuating circumstances, see if you can receive a W in every class that you see yourself getting below a B. Your school may require some sort of documentation/official statement signed by you for proof. Otherwise, I was in your situation (had to put school on the back foot to take care of family) and It took me 1 semester to get back in the game. Good luck!

You’re a freshman and stuff happens. This isn’t insurmountable.

You still have 3 years to recover. You say that you're ready to "be on top of my game," just show it by doing well in the last 3 years, your ECs, and MCAT. You have plenty of time. Plus, a 3.4 isn't that bad anyway. Good luck!

I actually ended up with a 3.79 GPA and 3.9 avg. Thank you guys for all the encouragement.

No. Just do better in the future.
