I screwed up big time. I walked in unprepared(hungover) for a midterm in two of my classes..... needless to say, I pretty much failed em.

Trying to assess the damages, how bad will it look that I may end up getting a B- in Physics III and a B- in my last organic chemistry course?

I know I really messed up. I'll still have 2 As this quarter in other classes, and these two B- will be my first. I currently have a 3.8 cGPA and a 3.9sGPA

It's a game changer. If you can't get an A in freaking physics, no med school is going to waste time on accepting you. Unforgivable sin to screw up in a prereq, almost as bad as submitting a LoR from your dog.

You done goofed up, A-a-ron!

Well now that you got a B- you might as well drop out and start selling fruit on the side of the freeway.

drinking before midterms...
3.8 and 3.9 are still great, but it would have been nice(r) not having those Bs. move on, don't repeat your mistakes.

It's not going to matter-It isn't going to make an impact on your application. That being said, shape up.

I forget how narcissistic pre-meds are.

OP, you're fine. Future tip: Don't go out drinking the night before a big exam.

Who gets wasted the night before an exam? What an amateur mistake.

It's going to drop your GPA, but that's about it. Adcoms don't really start looking at individual classes until you start hitting the below C- range.

Apparently I do. Usually I know my limits, but the other night... thats another story.

Thanks though, I doubt I'll be making this mistake again.

In the future try to still be drunk during your exams this way you won't second guess yourself and will rock the test (pro tip - bring a few breath mints just in case you think people are beginning to be suspicious) Once you pass into the realm of hungoverdom is when Sh** really goes downhill!
