My freshman year, due to personal circumstances, I made a 3.0 GPA as an average. After finally fixing everything, I made a 4.0 in every semester from there on out, putting me at almost a 3.6 GPA.
How will the schools view this? Obviously it's not only a clear upward trend but a perfect fix of a problem. I know it's not like I made a 4.0 over the entire course of my undergrad career, but won't it look good that in all of my hard classes I made nothing but A's? Will this offset a lower cGPA in any way?
