GPA from a non-accredited post secondary school

Does anyone know if med schools consider grades from non-accredited schools. I have two years worth of credits from a missionary training school, but not even a community college would take them. I didn't make very good grades there (cca 3.0) and I am worried that, if factored in, they'll ruin my GPA from my state school. Do I even have to submit those grades?
