I took a few science classes from study abroad, summer school, and a couple of online classes.
I took all my premed courses at my main school though. One of the online class was biology though, but I still took bio core at my main school.

Will these classes be included in my science GPA and be like any other class keeping in mind to convert semester units into quarter units to match my main school?

Also none of these classes came from community college

In AMCAS, you will designate them as BCPM (so they will count towards sGPA), and I think you will be also responsible with labeling or converting semester vs. quarter units when you type this information online. So yes, they will all fall under sGPA accordingly.

I don't know about online classes, but for me, my summer classes did count for my GPA (and I needed to get transcripts from the places I took them), whereas my study abroad classes didn't. I think it has to do with the fact that the study abroad was sponsored by my home institution (or something to that effect).
