hi smile maker
thanks a lot for the tips and that was a great boost for me.i wanted to know whether gpa reduces by the number of attempts u make?or is it just the marks u scored?as i told u i have taken a subject in 3 rd year twice.i just wanted to know whether that could make it hell for me.i wish u could answer on that.

Why Was It Necessary To Open Up Another Thread..when It Could Have Been Discussed In A Thread Which Reads"FACTS ABOUT g.p.a .!please Dont Start With A New Thread When The Topic Has Been Discussed In Some Other Thread!

You have just opened a can of worms by asking that question ... 😀
I would be surprised if you got 2 similar answers from any of us on here.
Short answer:
It might affect your GPA in someway.
Common answer:
"oh yeah ... ECE will give you a low GPA for repeating that subject, while WES would not".
Correct answer:
Call 414-289-3400 for ECE, or 212-966-6311 for WES.
