Hello everyone I have a little issue and would liek to hear what some of you think I should do. I am a 26 yo college senior with a GPA of 3.1 last year my gpa wa 3.6 after taking orgo and anatomy and gen chem but since i am a transfer student i am taking my general biology classes this year in the first semester i had recieved a c for general bio and seems like i might get a c again ( proffessor is out of her mind and is out to get the entire class) she is the head of the department and just wants to screw the whole class but thats a whole other story. after I had receieved my c last semester my gpa had dropped these are the grades on my pre reqs Iam A TRANSFER STUDENT WHO IS ALSO A LISENCED oPTICIAN AND HAD BEEN TO A SCHOOL FOR OPTICAL CLASSES WHICH INCLUDED ANATOMY OF THE EYE AND REFRACTION AND OTHER OPTICS CLASSES BUT OVER ALL MY GPA AT GRADUATION MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY BELOW 3.0 I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW BAD ARE THESE C'S FOR ME I HAVE NOT YET TAKEN MY MCATS WILL BE TAKING THEM THIS SUMMER AND WILL ALSO TAKE BIO CHEM IN THE FALL WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THESE GRADES ARE MY CHANCES LOW OR AM I STILL OK SINCE I HAVE ALOT OF EXPERIENCE IN MEDICINE ALOPATHIC AND OSTEOPATHIC BEEN WORKING WITH DOCTORS FOR OVER 7 YEARS FAMILY OF DOCTORS ALSO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK

I wish there was a way to confirm after the fact if someone is a troll so we could bet on who is or not.

As for me, I don't think 26 year olds usually have such passion for the shift button or such disdain for punctuation. i vote troll.
 
OP, why does it say that you're an attending? :laugh:

I'd say the C's are not your enemy, but your writing capabilities are. 😱
 
I think you should still apply but make sure that some of the schools have a minimum GPA requirement for even a secondary for example DMU has a 3.0.
