I don't even know how to ask this question.
So who determines my science from my overall GPA? Do i plug this into my application when i fill it out? Who calculates all that? Or is there a special window where i fill in grades for each course?

The application has a coursework section where you fill out information on every course you've taken at the college level. You have to classify the course according to these categories, and you also input your grade, credit hours, etc just as they appear on your transcript(s).

Then all the courses you classified as BIOL, CHEM, PHYS, and MATH are lumped together to calculate a science GPA.

tl;dr just worry about it when you're actually applying. it's pretty self-explanatory when you're looking at the application.

After you submit your application and finish its verification, your overall and science GPAs will be calculated by AMCAS. You will be able to see that in the pdf form of your primary application.

You don't have to plug in your GPA (at least, not that I know of). AMCAS will calculate that for you. There's a blank for each course where you put your grades in.

When filling out your primary app, you have to enter in every class you have taken and grades for those course. You also have to send in transcripts from all the schools you attended. When you submit you primary app, AMCAS will eventually verify that all your grades are correct and give you your gpa. At least that was the impression I was given...
