It might be a concern, but if you maintain the high grades in SR year, you should be OK. Orgo causes a lot of V shaped trends.

I don't know anything about the new MCAT grading scale, but you should be fine if you get back to your average scores of 3.4/3.5. good luck!

Maintain this trend in senior year and you'll be fine. Remember, some schools will give you the opportunity to address your grades. This is especially helpful if you have one semester of school or one class that you completely tanked. And grades aren't everything, your MCAT score is a huge factor!
