So currently I am a senior in the undergraduate curriculum.
I plan on applying on day 1 when the primary app opens up, but I don't think my spring 2015 semester grades will be ready on my transcript by then. (One of my professors is notorious for being really late in posting up grades to the system.. :[ )

My concern is, I want to be verified ASAP so that I can get the ball rolling on early secondaries and hopefully early ii.
Will submitting a primary first, then updating it later with an updated transcript while it is being verified or after it is being verified, prolong the verification process?

that spring semester won't really affect my cGPA wither, maybe bring it up 0.04 points..

I don't think they could hold it against you to not have your grades posted by time the application opens for submission. However, if last semester includes a prerequisite, you may want to consider holding off until grades are in. I'm not 100% sure but I think you can also put the courses in to AACOMAS as "currently taking". I don't think you can make actual changes to the transcript though, as once that's verified it doesn't get re-verified (and even if it did, you're looking at months or verification - huge waste of time).

All in all, if you think you'll have your grades back by mid June, I'd probably hold off. As long as you submit in the first few weeks you should be okay!
