GPA verification question!

Looked through my official transcript and found that the hours of the courses aren't on there! (is this the same for anyone else?)

Don't they use the hours spent on course in their GPA calculation? How would they know the amount of hours each class is, if it's not stated? Is that part of the manual input?

That's weird. How about your unofficial transcript? (Academic history)
Mine showed everything, including the full course name and the amount of credit hours for each class.

yeah my unofficial transcript does show the hours spent.

What do I do?!

The official transcript just shows term, course code, name of course (some are abbreviated..), credit, and grade. Along with term overall credit and gpa

put in credits earned. should be 16 credits for an A in a 4 unit class

Well if it gives the course code like BIOL 1403 for example, they should know that it's a 4 hour course from the code. At least that's how we do it here in Texas.

actually each of the prereq. is 6 hrs.

...how would they know that?!
I guess I'll call to find out tomorrow.
