GPA verification takes up to 4-8week!?

Hi, all.

I called AADSAS and they said it can take up to 4-8 weeks in order for the gpa verification to be done....

Did anyone who already have done so,, was it take that long!? 😱

Verification only took a couple weeks for me. The real frustration comes with AADSAS not mailing your completed application out to the schools for a month.

Im starting to think they just throw the "4-8 week" slogan at anyone with any question regarding time to process or mail. Pretty easy solution on their part! Just take call after call stating it will be 4-8 weeks.

It only took 3 business days after I e-submitted and had my transcripts received by AADSAS that they verified my GPA. This was back in mid June though.

I e-submitted on the night of July 1... transcript was verified in the morning of July 2.

My transcript got there 6/29 and got verified 6/29

I submitted my app a few weeks ago and my GPA and everything on AADSAS was verified within 5 days. It really shouldn't take long. My app still hasn't been mailed though.

It depends on their traffic but for me it took only 2 days.

I submitted last night and got verified at 8am today, guess i was just lucky.(im not usually so lucky!)

Haha, give them a break, they have to read through all of your transcripts! 😛

aadsas isn't as bad as everyone says. i submitted my app and was verified the next day and it only took them 6 days to mail out my app. if aadsas has all of your transcripts when you esubmit, i'm sure everything will get done quickly (money talks) haha

Nope it hasn't. I'm not worrying too much about it. Trying to get my supp app done for UPenn.. and sending all my money.. and DAT scores out atm. A lot of schools don't even look at apps til Aug/Sept? So i'm just going to sit back.. and wait.
