GPA verified lower than expected

Join the club. I believe AADSAS uses 3.33 as a B+ as opposed to a 3.5 (or something like that). I'm the self-proclaimed "King of B+'s", and comparing my undergraduate transcript to the AADSAS one is like 2 different students.
I have never takin a course with grades that could be +/-, you either get the A or the B so I got no idea what a B+ is worth other then an interesting conversation pleading with the professor to bump your 89.5 score to an A for the semester (its a bit of a gray area sometimes)

The only way to get rid of these disparities would be to universalize the grading scales across all accredited universities/colleges, but of course this will never happen.
For instance, +/- grades might sound great, but every professor uses them differently (if at all). I had one class where the B+ range went from 87-91, so even though I had a 90% in the class, I was awarded a B+. Other classes had that score in the A- ranges, while others still would classify that 90% as an A.
So I got a 90% in a class, received a B+, and then AADSAS converts my grade in the "W/O +/-" column to a B. 90% = B? I think not.
This one instance probably doesn't happen often, but it still shows how poorly GPA's can be compare overall, and it is why I think DAT scores should be favored in comparisons.

I posted a similar thread about this yesterday concerning "A+" grades not being given at all schools, including mine. I agree that the ADEA GPA calculations are completely lame and not standardized at all. I also agree that the DAT should be of higher importance because it really is the same across the board; it's not like one person can make a 30 on their test and the next person has a max score of 28. Ugh! Also, hopefulDMD, I LOVE THAT SMILEY.
Were all the classes the same amount of credits?
If you took four 3 credit courses and got 2 B+ and 2 A your GPA for the term should have been 3.66 with +/- and 3.5 w/out +-.
A B+ is 3.33 not 3.5.
The only reason I could see this being is if your B+ courses were 3 or 4 credits and your A's were 1 credit labs. That, or you are not looking at term GPA, but overall GPA or something like that.
