I have been wondering what the 'w/o' in the AADSAS GPA calculation screen stands for. I have been looking at this for months and I still can not figure it out.

Also, what the heck are 'Quality Point'?

gpa w/o is without +/- in the grading system. only A,B,C, etc no A- or B+.

it sucks when you have a lot of '+'. It is better if you have a lot of '-'

:D

Or theres the schools that only gives +'s out. Theres a lot of B+'s that could have been A-'s for me. That would be better for gpa of course. For this kind of stuff though(without the +/-), itd have made a huge difference for my gpa.

So instead you get your grade considered to be a 3.0 when it could have been a 4.0 if your school just used minuses.

so AADSAS calculates both GPAs? one with +/- and one without?

yep, they calculate both.

sweet. this should boost my +/- GPA a good amount. In my school they do take into account +/- all except when it comes to A+ they only give 4.0 points. I see that AADSAS will give me 4.3 point for my A+'s...right?
