science: 2.95-3.00 (depending on how my repeats affect it)
pcat: 99th percentile
good letters of rec.
shadowing experience and work in a medical lab

No Bachelor Degree
Total semester units: 97 (so far)
No PCAT Score (didn't take it).
Letters of recommendation: Good.
Experience: Previous work experience + pharmacy work experience.
I think if you can land an interview spot, then your chance of admission is very good. So do well on interview, it's the final stage! Good luck!

so land an interview spot...ok. oh yeah ill also have a bachelors degree and have a ton of community service hours put in

Letters of recommendation: very good letter from my research professor
Experience: Previous work experience in biotech company for 1 year + no pharmacy work experience but volunteer experience in ER at VA hospital because there's no opening in pharmacy department. also 1 year of research experience at school, teaching experience for biology department.
interview: at USC (accepted and will be going there)
invited for interview but will not go: Western University in pomona, UOP

and also, besides internships and comm service, what else can someone to do increase their chances of getting in? i asked this before but this seems to be a better thread to ask.
and when u apply to schools, do u think they take into account the school u went to? for example, i know some ppl around here get 3.8 and all from a JC. vs someone who got a 3.3 from Stanford. theres gotta be a difference. right? =)

You should volunteer at the hospital pharmacy on campus for easy experience and to get a feel. As mentioned before (it's definitely in you best interest to go thru old threads from way back bc much of this is covered) in-patient pharmacy is a very different animal from retail or clinical, but it'll get you around pharmacists and drugs, a good start.
You want an outstanding letter of rec that demonstrates the kind of asset that you'll be to the USC school of pharmacy (bc you'll be applying there 😉 ) As we discussed before if you're involved in coursework or extra-currics try and shape them towards pharmacy which is actually really easy. Every other article (not exaggerating in wall street journal is pharmaceutical related.)
