Thomas- your grades are fine. your HCE is VERY light. most programs want 1000+ hrs to be considered competitive. you may have to work full time for a year to get some HCE and reapply next cycle. you will be competing against folks with thousands of hrs and similar or better grades. At my local program the avg accepted applicant last year had 8000 hrs of hce and a 3.5 GPA.
Programs list minimums, not averages, for matriculants. shoot for higher than the minimums in everything.
