I have a question about post match for GPR programs. Do you have to have signed up for the original match to be eligible for post match?
 
No. But it would help if you prepared the documents/papers that the match system requires of you (ie. personal statement, education history, reference letters, etc). Post match happens very quick usually. Unmatched programs will receive dozens, if not hundreds of applications over the course of a few days.
