GPR programs in CA/NY

Does anyone have any inputs/opinions/experiences about these GPR programs listed? Trying to pick out the ones that I'd be interested in applying!
CA GPR:
UCLA
LAC + USC
VA West LA
VA Sepulveda

NY GPR:
NYU Langone Hospital
VA Manhattan
Mt. Sinai
Bellevue Hospital Center

VA Manhattan is very good, but must be top of class.
NYU Langone is the old Lutheran program in Brooklyn.
You are opting out of a lot of good programs in the NY metro area
