can anyone tell me about general practice residency.Pros and cons. How to apply? are foreign traind dentists allowed in such programs

From what I've gathered, the pros and cons are entirely dependent on the specific program. Some are good... others not.

Can you elaborate please? What are the opportunities other than DDS for a foreign trained dentist in USA? MPH/MHA scope?
