I know being a first year this is rather premature, but I am nearly certain that I don't wish to specialize (though I find pathology interesting from the hospital I worked at previously). I am very interested in GPR programs over AEGD programs. Does anyone know if a comprehensive list of hospitals offering GPR programs exists? Also, there seems to be a lot more spaces open for AEGD programs. Why is this? Just clinic over hospital, less on call time and less medical rotations? It is more attractive or is the GPR like I am interested in just more competitive? Thank you.

The best list is from The ADA... look up educational programs... Comm on Dental Accrediation...

or check with Special Care Dentistry... Amer Assoc of Hosp DEntists...

try to visit some programs for a day.... while you have the time to decide... if you are up near delaware... give us a call

not really sure how up to date it is, and some of the links are broken... but its better than nothing & certainly better than what i found on the ADA's website.

Thanks for the info guys. There is a ton of variation between the programs it seems but this was very informative.
