I am waitlisted right now and am considering my options. I think my major weakness is my science GPA and I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on what the schools would consider better:

1)enter a special grad program (BU or MCP)

or

2)take random upper div science classes (post bac)

I am not planning to apply again this summer but prolly next year. I suppose my folks will pay for grad school but I would rather free them of my liability and work while takin extra classes.
What do you guys think?

I think if you want to go to Medicine only, then you should take Post-Bac programs like Georgetown's. If you take a Masters (Graduate) program, then you'll get a "Masters" degree, but your Graduate-GPA won't count much (from what I understand).

Of course this varies, but you'll likely be able to put that bad undergrad GPA behind by taking a Post-Bac program, not Masters program.

Agree with the above poster, if you need to boost your u-grad science gpa then take post-bacc classes.
