This may sound like a really oddball, from left field question... By but chance, mitoonin farsi harf bezani? If you can't read that, nevermind!
It sounds like you're doing okay... Even a 3.1 is fine, and Physics is kinda one of those courses you take a PR in and never see again in Pharmacy school (as I understand it, next year I can tell you for sure for myself!), Biology, well, it's a lot of memorization and I can see if you're having a lot of serious family problems that your time could be thus limited.
What did you get in your Orgo I and II classes (assuming you've taken them)?
in short: don't worry. You seem like you've got a good head on your shoulders, and as long as you get a solid swing-and-hit on the PCAT, and bring up your GPA to a more comfortable 3.3ish region, you'll be a-ok.
As an aside, some folks like Gatorromp I think it was, suggest not discussing super personal details like that in your personal statement unless it somehow bettered you as a person and led to your development of character. Otherwise, it looks kinda like a "boo-hoo" sob story. Personally, I think it's alright to use those details in a personal statement as, after all, it is you! But... hard to say. That's one of those truly subjective things. Definitely going to be important in the interview, though.
