Hi I have a question regarding AP courses I took during high school

The grade on my transcript for these classes says "T." I have no idea what T means but I am assuming they mean I got credit for those classes, because it says on transcript I have ten credits from the ten AP classes I took.

But what should I do about the grade? Should I get out my high school transcripts for those classes or just leave that blank?

fill it in exactly how it appears on your college transcript, so you'd put it in as a T. It won't be an issue and shouldn't cause any confusion because it obviously means you passed (if you fail an AP test it doesn't appear as a fail on your transcript, it just doesn't appear there at all).

You should figure out exactly what "T" means. It might affect whether or not you're going to be credited with completing the classes you AP'd out of. In any event, you should list your grade as a T.

T is transfer. You can indicate that it's AP credit on your AMCAS and in secondary applications. These classes won't count toward your GPA.

My premed advisor told me to enter the grades to exactly reflect my transcript, so I put "T" for the AP exams. Find out how many credits your university awards for AP credit - my school gives a max of 16 credits (4 courses), so I chose the four AP courses that I thought were most significant, and selected the "Advanced Placement (AP)" checkbox for those. For other exams, I selected "Exempt".

My AMCAS was verified smoothly with no changes, so I guess it was good advice. 🙂
