So I took orgo 1 and 2 while I was undergrad and did not do well. I did a post bacc program in which all of orgo was condensed into one semester and got an A. However, how do I address this in terms of grade replacement? Can I "replace" two 4 credit classes (orgo 1 and 2 lecture + lab) with the one four credit equivalent of a full-year of orgo?

No, the credit hours need to be the same or greater. Maybe they'll let you replace one of them?

This.

If you took 8 credits of orgo..you need 8 to replace the grade...you should call some admissions departments at schools though to see what you should do. Maybeemail them and attach the class description and stuff.
