At my old school Physiology and Anatomy was separated. I only took Physio and received a C+. I am doing a post-bacc right now and plan on taking Anatomy and Physio 1&2 (combined) so after I take them will this replace the original Physio grade?

I would doubt it, but it would probably be best to e-mail AACOMAS. Anything anyone on here says is a guess and they will be able to give you a definitive answer.

Nope. That won't fly, but go ahead and confirm it by calling AACOMAS.

So what would get replaced? A class that is strictly human physiology?

Correct, provided that it is similar curriculum and equal or greater amount of units in the same system as the original (semester or quarter)

Does it have to be at the same school?

I had a similar problem, but it was with the Anatomy part of the situation. I took A+P I and did poorly and then I switched schools and took Anatomy. The course descriptions were almost identical and they had the same amount of credits. I emailed AACOMAS and they told me if the classes had the same or similar class descriptions they would be accepted.
