Is it worth it to send in semester grades for the semester if my GPA didn't change? I got all A's which may look nice, but it didn't affect anything. Please let me know. Thank you.

Personally I think this is an accomplishment worth mentioning as part of an update letter (where allowed), especially if you specifically note any upper level Bio or traditionally difficult classes by name. An official transcript isn't necessary for AMCAS, unless requested.
