Summary: I applied this year with a low sGPA. Basically, I had given up hope on getting in anywhere until an interview invite last night!

I am so psyched about this interview because it is at one of my favorite schools. But I realize it is very late in the cycle and want to make sure the school knows 1) how much I like their curriculum 2) that i've had a 4.0 in my post-bacc (2 semesters so far) post-AMCAS submission- to help my current application the school has on file.

Should I take a grade update letter with me or send it to the school before the interview? Would this be harmful at all?

Congratulations, and good luck in your interview.
No it would not be harmful at all, in fact I would recommend that you make sure they have all your grades post amcas submission.

Yeah I don't see how it would be harmful at all. It'll give you something more to talk about and really show that you've improved as a student.

Some schools don't allow supplemental submissions, but if this school isn't one of them, I'd say it would be important for you to send in your grade update so it's in your file. Also, discuss it at the interview if given any opportunity, as your recent excellent grades could make a big difference in how you're perceived.
