After you get accepted are their grades that you need to achieve to maintain your acceptance? Will they deny you after the fact?

Acceptances are contingent upon you maintaining grades throughout the remainder of your coursework. Typically this means having a C average or better. In short, don't fail any classes and you'll be fine. But also remember that some specialty programs will ask to see your college transcripts and rumor has it that they carefully eye the period between acceptance and matriculation into dental school (usually the student's final undergraduate semester).
