Say you are applying to dental school the summer between your junior and senior year of college. Does this mean your GPA for senior year will not affect admissions? Or do they still look at 1st semester grades for senior year?

you may not get in to your first choice on 12/1, so you would likely send out your Fall grades (senior year) to boost your shot at their program. Plus, they count...you can't get bad grades or they will revoke your acceptance.

I do not know. None of the letters that I received indicated that I have to achieve certain mark. Of course, it was indicated that I cannot fail any of the classes. My understanding is that as long as you're not failing, you will be fine. Some schools will tell you that you cannot get any C's.

They do count.

If you get into a school on 12/1, then depending on the school you need to maintain a C or B average. If you don't get in on 12/1, then they def will look at your fall grades and (if you get waitlisted) your spring ones too.
