When judging tooth mobility, by applying buccolingual/palatal pressure with the handles of 2 instruments, how is mobility graded, IYO?

We use the Miller Classification of Mobility:

0: No mobility
1: Mobility that is perceptible (greater than normal)
2: Mobility < 1 mm faciolingually but no apical movement
3: Apical movement as well as lateral movement > 1 mm

I work in a perio practice and we use the same system described above.
