Does anyone know of a good resource for grading exam findings in ophthalmology? Aside from some of the more widely known grading systems like the SUN classification of cell/flare and the Frisen disc edema scale, it seems like there isn't a lot of standardization for things that I often see graded on exams (eg, 3+ dermatochalasis, 2+ pigmented TM, etc).
